Introduction to Fluidized Bed Airflow Crusher
Fluidized bed airflow pulverizer is a device that uses high-speed airflow to achieve dry material pulverization. It consists of a crushing nozzle, a grading rotor, a spiral feeder, etc. The material enters the crushing chamber through the spiral feeder, and high-pressure air is sprayed at high speed into the crushing chamber through the configured supersonic nozzle. The material accelerates in the supersonic jet and repeatedly impacts, collides, and achieves crushing at the intersection of the nozzles. The crushed material enters the grading chamber with the ascending airflow. Due to the high-speed rotation of the grading rotor, particles are subjected to both centrifugal force generated by the grading rotor and centripetal force generated by the viscous effect of the airflow. When particles are subjected to centrifugal force greater than centripetal force, that is, coarse particles above the grading diameter return to the crushing chamber to continue impact crushing, while fine particles below the grading diameter flow into the cyclone separator with the gas, are collected by the collector, and the gas is discharged by the induced draft fan.
characteristic
1. Low energy consumption and good energy-saving effect.
2. Wide range of crushing. Low wear, avoiding collisions between high-speed particles and walls.
3. The equipment has a compact structure, with an internal closed-loop crushing system that is easy to maintain. It is operated using an imported frequency converter to achieve automated control, and inert gas working fluid can be used to crush flammable and explosive materials.
4. No temperature rise, as the material is crushed under gas expansion, the temperature of the crushing chamber is controlled at room temperature and will not increase.
5. Materials can collide and crush themselves under the drive of airflow, without being carried into the medium, and the material crushing process does not constitute pollution. Green and environmentally friendly.
